Sunday Collections

Please note that as from this Sunday 15th August, the main saleroom building, i.e. Salerooms 1 to 3 and the accounts office, will no longer be open for collections.

We introduced Sunday opening in June 2020 during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. This was done to ensure that we could spread out the flow of customers coming onto our site at any one time in order to keep everyone safe.

However, as from Saturday 14th August, all of our salerooms will be open to the public for the first time since March 2020. We will be open for collections on the day until 2pm (and 3pm in the case of Saleroom 3).

For the time being we will continue to open Salerooms 5 & 6 on Sundays between 10am and 3.00pm. However, we cannot release lots for collection unless we receive a hard copy or physical receipt - we are unable accept viewing an email on your mobile device. As the accounts office will be closed, you will only be able to collect if you either:

  1. Pay online by card, print off your invoice showing a nil balance and bring this printed invoice with you to the saleroom

  1. Alternatively, if you do not have access to a printer, contact our accounts office on the Saturday and ask for your invoice to be emailed to you. As long as you pay by card (rather than bank transfer) before 3.30pm on the day of the sale, your receipted invoice will be waiting for you when you arrive at the saleroom on Sunday.

Please call us if you would like any clarification regarding these options.

Thank you for your help and co-operation over the last twelve months. It has been greatly appreciated.
