Our Saturday 24th January auction will feature an outstanding collection of models.

Crafted to an exemplary standard by Kenneth Heptonstall, a former Rolls-Royce employee, these pieces represent the pinnacle of workmanship — from the precision mechanics to their beautifully executed paintwork.

The models being offered for sale are:

A GWR 3800 "County" Class 3.5" gauge 4-4-0

Untitled (83)_

An LNWR "Precedent" Class 3.5" gauge 2-4-0

Untitled (82)_

A Clayton Undertype Steam Wagon in 2" scale

Untitled (84)_

Also featuring!

Untitled (99)_

A complete rolling chassis with cylinders and motion for a 3.5" BR 9F class 2-10-0

An unpainted, but mostly completed, live steam gauge 1 LMS Compound 4-4-0

Also from the same builder is a static model of a Royal Navy auxiliary vessel with mounted crane

These are all genuinely museum-quality models from a masterful builder. More details and photographs will be available in our Saturday 24th January Catalogue, which will be released on Wednesday 21st January. The models will also be available to view in our Antique & Vintage Furniture saleroom on Friday 9th, Friday 16th and Friday 23rd of January.
